  • Trauma / PTSD

What To Expect

A physician’s order for occupational therapy evaluation and treatment is required before services can begin. We will contact your doctor to obtain this order.

We are licensed to work with individuals in Arkansas, Ohio, and Washington.

How We Can Help

  • Person sitting on a rock overlooking a winding road through a hilly, green landscape.

    Discover a Meaningful Life

Learn about yourself and your needs. Explore your values, interests, and motivation. Create your recovery story.

  • Two women in a kitchen celebrating Christmas, surrounded by wrapped gifts, ribbons, and holiday decorations.

    Learn Life Skills

Strengthen social, emotional, cognitive, and daily living skills to function at your best. Learn coping skills to effectively handle tough times.

  • Two people riding e-bikes on a suburban street, smiling and wearing helmets.

    Create Healthy Habits & Routines

Design enjoyable self-care, eating, exercise, and sleep routines. Restore life balance and use of time.

  • Living room with a light green couch, yellow cushions, a large potted Monstera plant on the window sill, a French Bulldog lying on a plush dog bed, a wooden side table with a tablet and magazines, sunlight coming through the window, and a cowhide rug on the wooden floor.

    Design Your Space

Create an environment that supports your needs, preferences, and everyday activities. Make your space feel like home.

A woman with glasses and long hair sits on a mustard-colored vintage sofa, working on a laptop, in a cozy, industrial-style living room with exposed brick walls, abstract artwork, a side table with a large lamp, and a potted plant.

“Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life…”
